Eastlink is now cracking down on people who torrent, usually for the most part just movies because they probable think that it's a huge problem for the movie industry. Because you know a movie that makes 200 million instead of like 201 million is really losing out. You just have to feel bad for them. They only make 200 million dollars of the movie. It must be hard for them to get by. Cause I know how hard it is to get by on only 200 million bucks. WAIT A MINUTE... I've never known that. How can a company honestly believe that torrenting is effecting movie sales. At the very most what it does is effect dvd purchasing and that was never high to begin with. It's another one of those companies who run what I like to call the quick buck policy. Rather then make more money at a later point they decide that the faster they can get money, the better.
It's exactly like almost every record company on the planet and because of this situation they will eventually be losing money. Record companies are living in the past. Torrenting does effect music sales but the money in music, for the artist was never in the sale of an album. It was always in the touring. Record companies try to take 100% of the profits as often as they can and artists don't try to get a better deal because they could easily lose the recording contract and they need the support of the company to advertise for the band and there albums. These quick buck policies need to come to an end in order for there to be even higher success in the industries, otherwise who knows what will happen...

This Is Not Necessarily How I Currently Feel. Remember That!
Dying Town
I heard the sound of a dying town
The screams of so many innocents
The ground was shakin it apart
Askin the heroes where've you been
Before the war for our freedom
Everybody could live there own way
But the sky's above turned to grey
And we knew that there'd come a day
Chorus
The walls were closin in on the chosen
And there was no escape to a home
The climb was long out of the danger
And lookin' around I was all alone
In a dying town
In a dying town
The people were shaken in disaster
And generations had fallen apart
The destruction all over the ground
Showed us no hope for a new start
All of the hopeless yelled we will die
And no hero stepped up to save us
I thought I could be the man we need
But I spent too much time covered in dust
I wanted to save my friends from it all
But I ended up stuck in the fall
Chorus
The walls were closin in on the chosen
And there was no escape to a home
The climb was long out of the danger
And lookin' around I was all alone
In a dying town
In a dying town
At first the saving had come in so fast
But then the world over just stopped carin'
They said that we were never gonna die
But all they did was keep on starin'
All the crimes that we have commited
Led us down to the path we walk along
I knew it was only a matter a time
But nobody listened to all of the wrongs
Chorus
The walls were closin in on the chosen
And there was no escape to a home
The climb was long out of the danger
And lookin' around I was all alone
In a dying town
In a dying town
